Unlike granny flats that require excavation, slabs, and multiple trades onsite, Tiny Mobile Homes are built start-to-finish in a controlled workshop, complete with plumbing, wiring, and finishes already done.
Generally, we can assemble and install your home in your backyard in 2 days.
That means little noise and mud and no months of disruption in your backyard.
On wheels (Trailer): Classified as moveable dwellings (caravans), they can often bypass full CDC or DA processes when parked temporarily. Regulations differ per council, talk to us to learn more.
On skids (Installed): Can be approved as a Class 1a dwelling, just like a granny flat but with fewer reports, faster certification, and lower council costs. Regulations differ per council, talk to us to learn more.
